Short, in plain English, and written to be read rather than survived. Using this site means you accept them.
01 / Agreement
What you are agreeing to
These terms apply to zonettatrading.com and to everything published on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them the remedy is immediate and costs nothing: close the tab and do not use the site.
The disclaimer and the privacy policy form part of these terms and should be read with them. The disclaimer governs anything to do with advice, risk or performance; the privacy policy governs anything to do with your email address.

What this site is
Zonetta Trading is an educational publication about supply and demand and about market structure, written by a working trader. It is not financial advice, not a recommendation and not a signal service, and using it creates no advisory or client relationship of any kind.
Trading futures and foreign exchange carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. That is set out properly on the disclaimer, and nothing in these terms softens it.

04 / Use
What you may and may not do
You may read the site, print any page for your own use, keep the free checklist beside your own chart for as long as you like, and quote a short passage elsewhere as long as you name Zonetta Trading and link to the page you took it from. None of that needs permission and none of it needs to be asked for.
What is not permitted is short and specific.
- Republishing a page, a lesson, a diagram or a document in whole or in substantial part — anywhere, in any language, including inside a paid course or a members’ area.
- Selling, renting or sublicensing anything published here, or bundling it with something you sell.
- Passing the material off as your own, or removing the name from a chart, a checklist or a document.
- Presenting anything from this site as advice to another person, or using it as the basis of a signal service, a managed account or a paid recommendation.
- Decompiling, reverse-engineering or redistributing an indicator or a robot, or attempting to reconstruct how a zone is graded.
- Automated collection at a rate that costs the site money, or collection for the purpose of training a model. The site’s robots file states which automated clients are welcome and which are not, and that statement is part of these terms.
If you want to use something here in a way this section does not allow, write and ask. The answer is often yes, and it is always quicker than the alternative.
05 / Ownership
What is owned, and by whom
Everything on this site — the words, the charts and diagrams, the documents, the videos, the source code of the indicators and robots, the name Zonetta Trading, the Zone Score name and the marks that go with them — belongs to Zonetta Trading unless a page plainly says otherwise. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it to you, and using the site grants you no licence beyond what section 04 describes.
Market data, platform names and instrument names belong to whoever owns them. MetaTrader 5, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TradeStation, TradingView, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Google are named on this site because they are used. Naming them is not a claim on them, and it is not a claim that any of them endorses anything here.
06 / Downloads
Tools and downloads
Anything downloadable — the checklist, the course companion, and any indicator or robot distributed later — is licensed to you personally, for your own trading and study, and not for redistribution.
It is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. Test anything you intend to run on a demo account first, on your own broker’s data, before any money is at risk; brokers differ in symbol name, tick size, contract specification and session times, and a tool that behaves correctly on one feed can behave incorrectly on another. If a tool is ever sold, the terms of the store it is sold through apply to that sale in addition to these.
07 / The list
The email list
Submitting your address on this site means you are asking to be sent the checklist, or to join the Zone Score MTF waitlist, and the occasional short note that follows. Nothing is sent before you confirm your address by clicking the link in the first email. You can stop that at any time by writing to info@zonettatrading.com, and you are removed the same day without being asked why.
What happens to the address itself — where it goes, who stores it, what it is never used for — is set out step by step on the privacy policy.
08 / Elsewhere
Links and other platforms
Links go to sites and platforms that nobody here controls. Their terms and their privacy policies apply the moment you arrive, and a link is not an endorsement of what is on the other end of it.
Where something of Zonetta Trading’s is published on somebody else’s platform — a video, a short, a script listing — that platform’s terms govern your use of it there, and these terms govern it here.
09 / Liability
No warranty, and where liability stops
The site is published in good faith and reviewed by hand, but it is published as it is. No promise is made that it will be available, that it will be free of error, or that anything on it is accurate, current, complete or suitable for you. A level can be wrong. A session’s data can fail to arrive. A well-graded zone can fail.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Zonetta Trading and Adriano Ferreira accept no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, including loss of profit — arising out of the use of this site, of anything downloaded from it, or of any decision taken after reading it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away.
10 / Changes
Changes, and the law that applies
These terms can change. The review date at the head and foot of this page changes when they do, and the version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site.
They are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any part of them is held unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply.
