Disclaimer — educational content only
Everything published under this name is educational. It is not advice, it is not a recommendation, and it is not a service that tells anyone what to trade or that manages anyone’s money.
01 / Scope
What this covers
This disclaimer applies to everything Zonetta Trading publishes, wherever you meet it: this website, the long videos and the short videos, the market preparation, the podcast episodes, the free checklist and the course documents, the indicators and the robots, and any email sent from the address at the foot of this page. If it carries this name, this page covers it.
It should be read together with the terms of use and the privacy policy. Where the three overlap, they are meant to say the same thing; if they ever appear not to, this page is the one that governs anything to do with advice, risk or performance.
02 / No advice
Educational content only
Zonetta Trading publishes educational material about supply and demand and about market structure. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is personalised to you. I do not know your account size, your income, your obligations, your tax position or how much you can afford to lose, and none of what is published here was written with any of that in mind.
Adriano Ferreira is a working trader who writes down what he does. He is not a licensed or registered investment adviser, not a broker, not a commodity trading advisor, not a commodity pool operator and not a fund manager, in the United States or anywhere else. If you want advice that takes your circumstances into account, it has to come from somebody licensed to give it, and that is not me.
03 / No recommendation
Nothing here is a signal
No page, video, episode, chart, zone or level published here is a recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell any instrument, contract or security. A zone marked on a chart is an observation about where a move began. A level published before the New York open is context about where option positioning sits. Neither is an instruction, and neither becomes one because it later turns out to have been in the right place.
A grade out of seven is an output and nothing more. It is not a prediction, not a probability and not a promise. A well-graded zone can fail — that is a normal outcome, not a malfunction — and the zones that fail are published here alongside the ones that hold.
04 / Relationship
What Zonetta Trading is not
- Not an adviser
- No licence and no registration to give investment advice is held, anywhere, and none is given.
- Not a broker
- No order is ever placed for you, no account is ever opened for you, and no client money is ever held or handled.
- Not a signal service
- No entry, exit, stop or target is ever issued to anyone — free or paid, in public or in private, by email or by message.
- Not managed money
- No account other than his own is traded, and none ever will be under this name.
- Not a client relationship
- Reading this site, joining the email list, downloading the checklist, watching a video or using a tool creates no advisory, fiduciary, agency or client relationship of any kind.
05 / Risk
Risk of loss
Read this
section twice
Trading futures and foreign exchange carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. These are leveraged products: a small move in the underlying market produces a much larger move in your account, in both directions and at the same speed. It is possible to lose the whole of your deposit. On a leveraged futures account it is possible to lose more than you deposited and to owe the difference.
How a market, a zone or a level behaved before is not a reliable guide to what it will do next. Nothing published here changes that, and nothing published here is capable of removing risk from a trade — at best it can help you decide, in advance and in writing, which risks you are willing to take and which you are not.
Trade only with money you can afford to lose entirely. If you are not sure whether any of this is appropriate for you, take independent advice from somebody licensed to give it before you place an order.
06 / Performance
Performance figures
There are none, and that is deliberate.
Zonetta Trading publishes no return, no win rate, no profit figure, no account curve and no backtest result — not on this site, not in a video, not in a document, not on a thumbnail and not in an email. Where a chart appears it is either dated and recorded or plainly labelled a schematic, and it never carries an outcome expressed as money or as a percentage.
That is a house rule rather than a legal minimum. It exists because a figure on a page is the single easiest thing in this industry to produce, to flatter and to believe, and because no figure produced by anyone else’s account tells you anything reliable about what yours would do.
Reserved — hypothetical performance disclosure
This block is empty because there is nothing for it to qualify. No hypothetical, simulated, modelled or backtested result is published anywhere by Zonetta Trading.
If that ever changes — if a single simulated or hypothetical figure is ever published, in any medium — the disclosure required by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission under Regulation 4.41(b) appears here in full, and is repeated next to the figure itself on the page that carries it. This block exists so that day is a fill, not a rewrite.
07 / Tools
Indicators, robots and downloads
The indicators, scripts, robots and documents published under this name are tools. They draw, they calculate, they grade, and in the case of a robot they place orders according to rules you configure. None of them knows what will happen next, and neither does the person who wrote them.
They are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Software has defects. Charting platforms change under it. Brokers differ in symbol name, tick size, contract specification, session times and rollover behaviour, and a tool that behaves correctly on one feed can behave incorrectly on another.
Test anything you intend to run on a demo account first, on your own broker’s data, and satisfy yourself that it does what you expect before any money is at risk. Automated execution remains your responsibility in every case, including when your machine, your connection, your platform or your broker fails.
08 / Data
Levels, data and links
The morning levels are computed from third-party option-positioning data and rebuilt once a session. That data can be delayed, revised, incomplete or simply wrong, and the computation that turns it into levels can fail. When a session’s file does not arrive, the page says so in plain words rather than showing an older session as though it were today — but no representation is made that any figure published here is accurate, current, complete or fit for any purpose. Verify anything that matters against your own platform before you act on it.
Links to other websites and platforms are there for convenience. Zonetta Trading does not control them, does not endorse them, and is not responsible for their content, their products, their availability or their handling of your data.
09 / Responsibility
Your decisions are yours
Every order you place is your decision, made with your money, on your account, in your name. To the fullest extent the law allows, Zonetta Trading and Adriano Ferreira accept no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, including loss of profit — arising out of the use of anything published here or of any decision taken after reading it.
If you have a question about the method, write to info@zonettatrading.com and it will be answered. If you write asking which trade to take, the answer will be that I cannot tell you. That is not evasion. It is the entire point of this page.
