Privacy policy
This site loads nothing from anybody else, watches nobody, and asks for one thing — an email address, and only if you want the checklist. This page says exactly what happens to it.
01 / The short version
There is nothing here to consent to
- No analytics. Not Google Analytics, not a privacy-friendly alternative, not a self-hosted counter, not a tracking pixel.
- No cookies set by this site. None at all — there is no login, no session and no basket, so there is nothing to remember about you between pages.
- No third-party scripts. In fact no scripts of any kind: there is no JavaScript on this website.
- No font server outside this domain. The typeface is served from zonettatrading.com, with the pages, so no font host anywhere else ever hears from you.
- No remote images, no embeds, no advertising, no chat widget, and no social buttons that report back.
- No consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. You were not asked because you were not tracked.
That is not a hardened configuration of an ordinary website. It is the architecture. Each page is a file. There is no application, no database and no server-side code that could hold anything about you even if somebody wanted it to. The site is served with a content security policy that forbids scripts outright and forbids the browser from opening a connection to any other host, so a tracker could not be added quietly — it would have to be added deliberately, and the policy would have to be weakened to let it run.
One exception exists, and it is the honest one: the two email forms, which send your address to Kit, the email service this list runs on. They are described in full in section 04, and it is the only place on this site where you hand over anything.
02 / What loads
What your browser actually fetches
- HTML
- One file per page, from this domain.
- CSS
- Two stylesheets, from this domain, shared by every page.
- Images
- The diagrams are inline drawings written into the page itself, so they arrive with it. No image is fetched from anywhere else, and there is no image host to log you.
- Fonts
- One typeface, Poppins, served from this domain in three small files alongside the pages, so no font server outside zonettatrading.com is ever contacted. Figures are set in a monospace face already on your device.
- JavaScript
- None. There is no script on this website, from this origin or any other.
- Cookies and storage
- Nothing is set by this site: no cookie, no local storage, no session storage.
You do not have to take this on trust. Open your browser’s network panel on any page here and count the requests.
03 / The host
What the host sees
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like the host of every website you have ever opened, it processes the request that delivers each page: the address it came from, the browser’s identification string, the page asked for, and the time. That is how a page reaches you and how a host defends itself against attack. It happens at the edge, before anything of mine is involved, and it is not something I can switch off.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell a browser apart from an automated client. It is not used for advertising, for profiling or for following you across other sites.
Cloudflare’s dashboard shows me aggregate counts — how many requests a page received, and roughly which country they came from. Those are counted at the edge rather than in your browser, no script produces them, they are not tied to a person, and I never join them to an email address. That is the entire extent of what I know about who reads this.
04 / Your email address
What happens to it, step by step
The only
data this
site asks for
Two forms on this site ask for one thing, your email address: one for the free checklist, one for the Zone Score MTF waitlist. You type it and press the button. Here is the whole path it takes, with nothing left out.
- Where it goes
- Straight from your browser to Kit (kit.com, the email service formerly called ConvertKit, based in the United States), which runs this list. It does not pass through zonettatrading.com on the way — this site has no server and no database, and it never sees your address at all.
- Where it is stored
- In the Zonetta Trading account at Kit. Kit processes and stores it on my behalf, and Kit’s own privacy terms govern what Kit does with it.
- What is collected
- The email address you type, the date, and — because Kit records it as proof of consent — the fact that you clicked the confirmation link. Nothing else is asked for: no name, no country, no account size, no broker, no phone number.
- What it is used for
- To send you the checklist, and occasionally a short note when something new is published — a lesson, a tool, a change to the morning levels. That is the entire purpose of the list.
- What it is never used for
- It is never sold, never rented, never traded, never shared with another publisher, never handed to an advertiser and never uploaded anywhere to target you. There is no exception to this and there never will be.
- Who reads it
- Adriano Ferreira. Nobody else has access to the account.
- How long it is kept
- Until you unsubscribe or ask for it to go, or until the list is closed. If the list is ever closed, the account is deleted rather than archived.
After you submit, you come back to a page on this site and Kit sends one confirmation email from info@zonettatrading.com. Nothing is sent to you until you click the link in it. For the checklist, that click is also what delivers the download.
05 / Removal
How to come off the list
Write to info@zonettatrading.com and ask, or use the unsubscribe link that every email carries. Your address is removed from the Kit account the same day and you are told when it is done. There is no form to fill in, no reason required, no survey and no offer designed to keep you.
You can use the same address to ask for a copy of what is held about you — which is one line, containing your email address and the date it was recorded — or to have it corrected. Same address, same day.
Every message the list sends carries a one-click unsubscribe link, including the confirmation email itself.
06 / Your rights
Your rights, plainly
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. The lawful basis for holding your address is your consent, given when you submitted the form, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the address above. Withdrawing it costs you nothing and is acted on the same day.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To be exact about that last one: nothing is sold and nothing is shared, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Nothing on this site is directed at anyone under 18, and no address should be submitted by anyone under 18. If one reaches the list and I am told, it is deleted.
07 / Elsewhere
What happens when you leave
Links from this site go to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other places that do track you, thoroughly and by design. Nothing here can change that, and nothing here pretends to: no video is embedded in a page, no feed is loaded, and no button reports your visit back to a platform — but once you click through, you are on their property and their terms apply, not these.
That is the reason the videos on this site are linked rather than embedded. An embedded player is a third-party connection made on your behalf, before you have chosen to make it.

If this ever changes
The review date above changes whenever this page does, and any change that affects what happens to your address will be described in plain words at the top of the relevant section rather than absorbed into a paragraph somewhere.
There is no version of this site that quietly starts tracking you. Doing so would require adding a script, and the policy this site is served with refuses to run one.
